Nose: aroma of fresh fruit, fragrant hints of cassis and blackberry with notes of snuff, spices and vanilla spices.
Mouth: smooth, velvety taste of wine, a nice medium density, long aftertaste.
APPELLATION: Central Valley.
GRAPES: Carmenere 100%.
WINE PAIRING: spicy dishes of Mexican and Thai cuisine. Also, with pork, duck and cheese.
