Description
DILE’ SUPREME LIMITED EDITION VINO ROSSO 75CL 14%
Distinctive, ruby-red color with a shift of the spectrum towards purple. The aroma is distinctly varietal, fruity-spicy with tones of cherries, sour cherries, cinnamon sticks and black pepper. The climate shows the complexity of spicy and fruity components, the fullness and extractive sweetness of the wine. The aftertaste is bitter, reminiscent of an apple seed with a phenolic finish. Variety: Barbera is a quality grape variety from Piedmont, where it was grown in the 13th century in Monferrato. Barbera wines are strong, with strong plum aromas, low tannins with a full body and a deep ruby-red color. Their body, including acidity, is preserved even when grown in a hot environment. Fermentation takes place in closed tanks at a controlled temperature with selected yeast for 6-7 days. You will want to combine the taste and aroma of wine with the best pieces of lamb and beef. Piedmont, Italy.
